Friendster

Today Friendster mainly is a social gaming site that is based in Malaysia, KL. The company now operates mainly from the three Asian countries namely in the Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore.
Friendster could be called the original MySpace too. While not the first social network, it helped vitalize the Web 2.0 revolution of social networks, and was the source of inspiration for MySpace. One of the most popular social networks of its time, Friendster was overtaken by MySpace in 2004. However, it still remains one of the top social networks in the world.
Users can spread the news about social gatherings, give advice on restaurants and movies, and even help each other find jobs. An individual may be able to join a group with other members who interested in training dogs and learn techniques for teaching Rover new tricks.
The minimum age to join Friendster is 16. Privacy settings allow members to set their profile to be viewed only by those members they choose.
